In 2024, Andrew began working with Alpha Commercial Property, opening a new chapter in his real estate career, and expanding more services to his clients. Alongside Chris Drakakis, he is providing commercial property management services and sales to Canberra and surrounds. Andrew has 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and negotiation; nine years of which were as Managing Director of a large furniture store. Over the last 18 years, Andrew has been mastering the trade as a real estate sales agent, having worked with reputable local agencies such as Independent Property Group and Ray White Canberra, and achieving Ray White’s Agent of the Year in 2008.

In 2010, Andrew founded EthicsRealEstate.com.au PTY LTD and advanced head-on into the world of real estate with innovative thinking and an abundance of enthusiasm.
